In 2022, JYCGIF launched 10,000 Girls4Girls Coding⁺ , a digital literacy outreach program, which empowers teen girls to become future ready leaders by equipping them with digital skills “plus” leadership development, university and pre-career preparation, and networking opportunities. The Foundation aims to empower 10,000 girls through G4G Coding+ by 2025. Girls participating in this program learn coding and other programming languages of the future, enjoy mentoring and networking opportunities, and develop vital leadership skills. They subsequently feel equipped and motivated to volunteer to train other girls in their community to program, set goals, problem solve – and become future ready leaders!
