Diana Cesar is Executive Director and Chief Executive of Hang Seng Bank Limited, Chairman and Non-executive Director of Hang Seng Bank (China) Limited, Chairman of Hang Seng Insurance Company Limited and Chairman of the Hang Seng Index Advisory Committee of Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited. She is also General Manager of the HSBC Group.

Prior to joining Hang Seng Bank, Ms Cesar was Chief Executive of HSBC Hong Kong. She was responsible for steering the business to achieve its strategic objectives by managing client relationships and business partnerships, coordinating with the government and regulatory bodies, and improving employee well-being. She was a member of the Executive Committee for The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited.

During a wide-ranging career with HSBC, Ms Cesar held leadership roles in marketing, credit cards, consumer loans and mortgages. She was Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management in Hong Kong and Regional Head of Distribution Strategy and Consumer Propositions for Asia Pacific. Earlier in her career at HSBC, she was seconded to Taiwan as Head of Credit Cards and successfully turned the business around.

Prior to joining HSBC, Ms Cesar worked in Canada and Hong Kong for other global financial institutions, including Citibank and American Express.

Ms Cesar is also a former Chairperson of the Hong Kong Association of Banks.

Ms. Angel Cheung holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Aerospace) from The University of New South Wales in Australia and currently is the General Manager, Head of Motor Related Business & Yachts (Hong Kong & Overseas) of Dah Chong Hong Motors International Holdings Limited. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the motor and aviation industry.

Ms. Cheung has served on a number of committees in various capacities. She is a Fellow of Society of Operations Engineers, a Fellow of Institute of Road Transport Engineers, the Vice President (Service & Maintenance) of the Hong Kong Aviation Industry Association, a Chartered Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, a Committee Member of the Transportation Programme Board (Vocational Training Council), an Industry Advisory Committee Member of Aviation Program, School of Engineering, RMIT University, a Former Steering Committee Member of the Jockey Club Heavy Vehicle Emissions Testing & Research Centre (Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education).

Ms. Cheung is the General Manager, Head of Motor Related Business & Yachts (Hong Kong & Overseas) and held a number of senior positions since she joined Dah Chong Hong in April 1997, covering a wide spectrum in the motor and aviation industry. The job scopes include aviation services such as, maintenance, supply and asset management of airport ground support equipment and aircraft unit load device, supply and integration of airport special systems, motor related services including car rental, distribution of rubber tire & car battery, provision of special purpose vehicles and equipment, plus the leisure boat business in Hong Kong & overseas.

Christina Ho (何紫婷), currently an airline pilot at world’s leading airlines based in Hong Kong, also one of the few female pilots in the industry which globally 5% of commercial pilots are female. Before becoming a pilot, she was a fine arts graduate, fashion designer, and former cabin crew member without engineering and aviation background. She discovered her passion in aviation when she once entered the flight deck on a leisure travel flight as an airline staff, a cabin crew. She pursued her aviation dream through the company's cadet pilot programme. Her dedication and confidence in flying was further built up after she calmly managed an emergency situation during her solo flight training.

She is passionate in empowering and inspiring youth and women to pursue their dreams, using her story of turning impossible to possible through learning with passion and courage. She’s active in volunteering, including joining Inspiring Girls Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Youth Aviation Academy (HKYAA). Also, she participates in the Female Pilot Advisory Group (FPAG) and the Peer Assistant Network (PAN) within her company. She has been invited as a guest speaker in school talks and different organisations, including Tedx Talk and Talks at Google.

At personal times, she continued to create – creating #christtina_meow character and launching a STEM series called #LifeLessonsFromTheSky (#天空教會我的事) with motivation quotes with aviation touch to deliver sustainable empowerment for everyone.

Dr Shannon Chan is currently an assistant professor in the Division of Upper Gastrointestinal & Metabolic Surgery of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Dr Chan is also an honorary associate consultant in the Division of Upper gastrointestinal and metabolic surgery working in the Prince of Wales Hospital. Her research interests lie mainly in minimally invasive robotic surgeries for gastric cancer, peritoneal malignancy, and interventional endoscopic ultrasound. Apart from her research and public duties, Dr Chan has also devoted herself to providing humanitarian aid. In 2014, she joined the Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF, also named Doctors without borders). MSF is an international humanitarian non-governmental organization working in war-torn and under-developed regions. Dr Chan joined their surgical missions to South Sudan from Oct 2016 – Dec 2016 and to Yemen from Dec 2019 to Feb 2020. She was deeply shocked by the lack of medical care in these poor countries, where innocent civilians suffer from the consequences of war. After her return, she has further affirmed her commitment to providing humanitarian aid to the less developed parts of the world. Why is she so devoted to humanitarian work? The answer is simple: to help people who, like you and I, have a right to proper medical care at the most precarious moment of their lives.

She was the Vice President of the board of MSFHK from 2021-2023 and has been awarded the Hong Kong Humanity Award in 2021 and the Ten Outstanding Young People Award in 2022.

Terry, TSANG Kin Chung is an inspiring entrepreneur who has made remarkable contributions to the mobile gaming industry.
He and his younger brother, Terence, are the founders of Madhead, a mobile gaming company that has gained widespread popularity through its game "Tower of Saviors" (神魔之塔), which has been downloaded over 23 million times worldwide.

His outstanding success and entrepreneurship earned him the “Emerging Entrepreneur Category Winner” at the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in China in 2013 and Outstanding Young Alumni Award from the Department of Civil Engineering at HKUST in 2016.

Secy is currently serving as the Legal and Compliance Advisor for JYC Girls Impact Foundation.

By way of profession, Secy is an experienced litigation and dispute resolution lawyer who holds both a PRC law degree and an English law degree. She is also an accredited mediator by CEDR.

Secy has extensive experience of a range of dispute matters, including multi-jurisdictional and cross border litigation, board room and shareholders disputes, investigations and contentious regulatory / compliance matters commenced by one or more regulatory authorities, family disputes / (contentious) probate and administration matters, defamation disputes, commercial fraud and tracing claims, etc.

Secy has also been advising many victims, on a pro bono basis, in online or internet fraud and restitution cases.

A humanitarian to her core, Secy is a passionate supporter of various charitable organizations around the world over the past two decades. She has dedicated herself to a range of good causes, in particular, access to education, right to medical treatments, combating human trafficking etc.

Secy is constantly on charitable field missions in Asia, Africa and Latin America.
